About Shipping

IMKOLOR has international warehouses based in Asia, America, Europe and the Middle East. Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible. Your order will dispatch from the nearest warehouse when possible, although the majority of stock is located in China so you may receive different packages for the same order. Please be aware that next day delivery is NOT available for UK customers. Premium Products-designed by an in-house designer and only found in IMKOLOR - are dispatched from our European warehouse and this will have an extra flat cost of GBP £3.99. Premium products are easy to find as they have (PP) in the product title.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order; and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Please Note:

Receiving time=Processing time + Shipping time.

Please note that most of your items will arrive within 1 to 2 weeks; however, at times shipping might be delayed for reasons out of our control so we estimate your items to be received within 21 days. 

Please contact us within 2 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. At present, Economic Shipping cannot get the logistics track information.
